When he starts his working day he has already achieved something - there is no better way to start the day than to do a 30-minute run through the neighbourhood. Not only fitness is the aspect of that but also the mental strength to face a challenge each and every day. Since more than 10 years he has visited Southwest Florida on numerous vacations until in 2005 he finally made the decision with his wife to emigrate to the United States and live and work in Cape Coral, which had urned to be the new home for his parents a long time ago. Born and raised in Germany Markus has worked in different jobs. However client management and customer relationships always were the major focus. Be it as a self employed corporate consultant or as a Key Account Manager at the world's biggest software company Microsoft. - his chosen goal always has been to have more than satisfied customers - no matter what it takes!
The experience in the intercourse with clients, which he aquired through his work with single decision makers, small businesses and domestic as well as international companies is his biggest asset. One thing is to know:
To offer a product can be done by anybody. However to specifically focus on and understand the ideas, wishes and requirements of clients needs long-term experience, tact and an outstanding personality, characterized by honesty, reliability and professionalism.
To sell a product can be done by anybody. However, to sell yourself and your service as well as to assure that your client management will be on the same high level at every given time and to take the time the client needs and deserves, makes the real difference. Market experience and detailed knowledge are key.
Markus has brought all this experience into his career as a Realtor. Yet he questions his work each and every day. To reach goals and to exceed expectations and limits is his daily agenda. Each client is unique and has to be treated that way - no matter what the size of the investment is. As a full time Realtor he does not work 9 to 5 but from start to finish. He sets the benchmark and convinces by loyalty and the way of how he handles his business...and this is something his clients can definitely sense. His entrepreneurial background and his knowledge in the fiield of information technology, his studies at the Canadian Humber College of Applied Arts & Technology as well as this experience in International Marketing provide him with nearly unrestricted possibilities in marketing real estate on a global basis.

Further education is very important to him, which he tries to squeeze into already tight schedules.
