Description of the property - address and legal description plus any included furniture, boat etc.

 

Price and terms - What price is offered and how will it be paid, e.g. cash or financing, how much is the earnest money deposit, Closing date, Assumption or payoff of unpaid utility assessments etc.

 

Thumbprint_Offer_HouseHome Inspection / Feasability Study (Lot)  - Number of days in which the property can be checked by the buyer

 

Legal  - Legal comments, explanation of terminology etc.

 

Attachments and Addenda - further documents incorporated into the contract, e.g., additional terms, disclosures etc.

 

Signatures - all recorded owners as well as all buying persons have to sign the offer to make it a contract
