Vacation Rental: - Answering of inquiries - Processing of the contract and other formalities - Keeping the calendar of occupancy up to date - Check-in and check-out of guests as well as taking care of any problems that may arise during their stay - Calculation of usage costs, like electric current and water consumption - Final cleaning - Notification of the accumulated sales and tourist tax to your accountant
You will get a monthly invoice with a detailed list of all the costs, so that you always will be informed about the status of your property. All services mentioned above are conducted by us personally so you can rely on our quality of services.
